Need a decently priced functional room in Lagos? I invite you to share my home for clean, quiet homely comfort. It is 5-10 minutes away from the airport in light traffic, making it perfect for transit passengers. The house is a terrace building consisting of two floors with four rooms in total and a dining room and coffee area downstairs.
Guest have access to private rooms on the first floor equipped with double bed,clean sheets, light duvet,towels, air conditioning, television,work desk and chair, coffee table and sofa, your own DSTV decoder with over 60 channels, Wifi. Your room is cleaned daily except sundays. Breakfast of cereal and bread tea/coffee is served free daily. In addition to free cold water, use of a mini fridge, microwave plates and cutlery. The kitchen is for my private use only. The second floor is also strictly for my private use only as well. Myself and my girlfriend are the only permanent residents in the house.
The house is located in Ikeja GRA (mainland) Lagos Nigeria, It is located to major landmarks such as the Ghana high commission,head quarters of G4s security company,Nigeria police college. The Ikeja Golf course is within walking distance, so also several restaurants like dominos pizza, barcelos, spur etc and several night clubs and bars.
